Hey there,

I am in the process of writing my M.S. C.S. thesis on visualizing game parameters to assist game tuning and stumbled upon rak net/echo chamber software. It's just as I had imagined my own could be but better! As a result, I thought I shouldn't reinvent the wheel and use raknet as the backend (I would also use echo chamber if I could add my own visualizations). I would just like to say hi and was curious if anybody else out there is doing game analysis of this sort? Does rak net/echo chamber have any competition in the logging & analysis visualization arena?

Cheers,
-Markus

I don't know of anyone else doing this. I was thinking of also making Echo Chamber open source as part of RakNet 4.0. If it was open source this would help you add visualizations.

Yeh, that would be pretty cool! I think it would be real cool if a plugin system of sorts could exist for echo chamber so that we could extend its functionality with this sort of thing. Custom visualizations and whatnot.

Echo Chamber is open source now under the GPL.
