I've decided to release the source for Echo Chamber under the GPL. This should allow the user community to provide feedback and updates to improve the product, which in turn should help RakNet sales since Echo Chamber is primarily intended for viewing RakNet generated data.

You need QT and other things, see INSTALL in the base directory.
