I think we need a post from the admins explaining where/how to access the CVS version of RakNet. I just downloaded the .zip version that's in the frontpage, and it is version 2.417.

I read in some posts here that you are already in version 2.419.

Just the usual SourceForge cvs commands:

cvs -z9 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/raknet co RakNet

If you have MSWin, it's probably more convenient to set up MSys/MinGW and use the command-line cvs tool.  'TortoiseCVS' works too (and has an MSVS plugin)  but Tortoise does some weird things and I find it easier to work with the command line cvs.

In fact I use tortoise to keep up to date with nebula2 development, I'm gonna try the command line tools, so if I get stuck I'll come back to you
