SQLite is a free open source C++ library that you can use to log events from your application. Echo Chamber does not generate these files for you. For generation, you can write your own system, or use an implementation included with RakNet (internal use or development license required).

The single application license to RakNet allows you to use RakNet to develop a single multiplayer SKU using the RakNet sources. Additional SKUs may be licensed separately. The Echo Chamber non-GPL License allows you to use Echo Chamber without releasing any changes you make.
